Terms of Service

The rules for using ClashBuilder and for what you post on it.

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

By using ClashBuilder (clashbuilder.com), run by Samir shafy, you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you confirm you have read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Fan content

ClashBuilder is an unofficial fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Supercell. Clash of Clans and its content are trademarks and copyright of Supercell, used under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

Using the site

You may browse the site and copy any base layout into your own game with its copy link - that is what it is for. You may not:

  • republish the site's layouts, images or guides elsewhere as your own, or use them commercially;
  • scrape or bulk-download the site, or access it in a way that puts unreasonable load on it;
  • try to break into accounts, the site's systems or its security features.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
  • One account per person. Do not impersonate another player, creator or clan.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete yours at any time from your account settings; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.

What you post

You are responsible for the layouts, armies, profile details and comments you post. Only post what you have the right to share. Do not post:

  • illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material;
  • spam, advertising, or links to "free gems", hacks, cheats or account-selling;
  • someone else's work presented as your own, or anything that infringes their rights;
  • false or misleading information about a layout.

We review submissions and may refuse, edit or remove any content, without notice, if it breaks these rules.

Licence for what you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give ClashBuilder a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and share it on the site and on ClashBuilder's social media accounts, so other players can see and copy it.

That licence continues for layouts and armies that stay published after you delete your account; they remain on the site without your name. To have them removed, delete them first or email support@clashbuilder.com.

Layouts and copy links

Layouts and copy links are provided as they are. Game updates can change what works or stop a copy link opening, and a layout's type describes what it is built for, not a guarantee of how it will defend.

Copyright and takedown requests

Members upload layouts and screenshots, and we review them before they are published, but we cannot check who took every picture. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email support@clashbuilder.com with the address of the page, a description of the work you own, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.

We remove or disable access to the content while we look into it, usually within a few days, and tell the member who posted it. Members who repeatedly post content they do not have the right to share lose their account.

Advertising and other sites

The site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to other websites. We do not control their content or how they use your information, and linking to a site is not an endorsement of it.

Our responsibility

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ClashBuilder is not liable for any loss or damage - including lost game progress, loot or trophies - arising from using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page; if the change is significant, we tell account holders by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
