How to use it
Seven Dragons with twelve Balloons behind them. The Dragons pull everything, the Balloons follow and kill the defences the Dragons are tanking.
Balloons only target defences, so they finish a base far faster than Dragons alone. Send them ten seconds after the Dragons, never before.
