Eleven Dragons. Town Hall 9 bases have three Air Defences and an Archer Queen, so this asks more of you than it did two halls ago - but it still needs almost no mechanical skill.
Pair the Lightnings on one Air Defence before you start, then send everything at the side nearest the other two. Rage inside the core.
