What makes a good Builder's Workshop base

Clan Capital defence works differently from the rest of the game. In a Raid Weekend, each attacking clan has a limited number of attacks for your whole Capital, so a district that needs two or three attacks to destroy has done its job even when it falls. Spread matters more than depth: buildings packed together fall to one spell, and a layout that pulls troops in several directions breaks up the army the attacker planned. Builder's Workshop opens at Capital Hall 5 and holds the Raid Cart and Power P.E.K.K.A barracks. Its district hall reaches level 5 at Capital Hall 10.
