About these TH14 art and progress bases

Art bases are built to be looked at, and progress bases show a village partway through its upgrades. Neither is trying to hold a defence, so judge them on whether they are fun to build rather than on how they perform. Use one while you are shielded, or as a base to rebuild when you have finished pushing. Attackers at this level have everything: Root Riders, hero equipment, enough spell capacity to erase any one defence, and the ability to plan around whatever they scout. A base here wins by spreading value rather than by protecting a single strong point.

About Town Hall 14

• Town Hall 14 unlocks Pet House, Hero Pets, so layouts here have to find room for them without opening up the core.
• Army camps hold 320 housing space at this level, which is what an attacker can bring against these bases.
