About these TH9 art and progress bases
Art bases are built to be looked at, and progress bases show a village partway through its upgrades. Neither is meant to defend well, so pick one because you like it. Use it while you have a shield, or as a base to rebuild when you have finished pushing. This is where the common attack strategies start. Attackers bring Hog Riders, then Lava Hounds and Bowlers as they level, along with a full Clan Castle and heroes, so the compartments matter more than the level of any one defence.
